Check in from 16:00, check out by 11:00. You can drop your bags at the villa from about 12:00 on arrival day: message us before you leave the airport and Alejandro, our manager, meets you there.

Sometimes. Early check-in (from midday) is €200 and only possible when the villa is empty the night before; late check-out starts at €150 depending on the hours, up to a full night's price, and only when nobody arrives the same day. Send us your flight times and we will say yes or no straight away. If it is a no, your bags can still stay at the villa until about 14:00 after check-out.

Everything except the cleaning fee of €400, which is shown separately at checkout. Towels, linen, toiletries and utilities are all included. Beach towels aren't. A refundable damage deposit of €500 is held before arrival and released after you leave.

Cancel more than 60 days ahead and the deposit is refunded in full, less any non-recoverable processing costs. Between 60 and 30 days the deposit is retained; inside 30 days the full amount is due. We always try to re-let the dates and refund whatever we recover.

Yes, and it's the cheapest option for both of us — no card processing. We hold your dates for 72 hours while the transfer arrives. Quote the booking reference so we can match it.

Yes. Spanish law requires us to register the identity document of every guest over 14 with the authorities. You'll get a secure link before arrival — it takes two minutes, and we can't hand over keys until it's done.

Yes, free street parking directly in front of the villa, first come first served. The whole street is parking, so there is almost always a space, and taxis are cheap and easy for the rest of the island.

Yes, both, at no charge, and we can arrange more than one. Just say how many when you book or in a message before you travel.

No. You rent a private house from the family that owns it. A manager meets you on arrival, and extras such as a chef, transfers or a nanny can be added from your booking page after you have booked. Food, drinks and entertainment are not packaged into the nightly price.

Yes, as long as the house rules are respected: no parties and no loud noise after 22:00, which is Spanish law and what the neighbours expect. Groups that want a nightclub should rent a nightclub; groups that want a great house with a pool, a sauna and a table for sixteen are exactly who the villa is for.

Yes. Once you have booked, the extras (private chef, fire show, massages, a nanny, airport transfer, a 30-litre beer keg for the bar and more) can be added from your booking page and paid by card. Each needs a little notice, so the earlier the better.
